Friends of the Richmond Greenway
Friends of Richmond Greenway is a community group helping to transform what was once an abandoned railroad corridor into a verdant ribbon of parkland stretching across the city. FORG includes roughly 17 community-based organizations working together to bring this vision to reality.
Rich City Rides
Dedicated to improving the lives of Richmond residents through cycling, Rich City Rides, a visionary nonprofit org, helped give birth to Dirt World.
Our allies at Urban Tilth are dedicated to creating a "more healthy, sustainable, and just food system" in our community.
The Albany, CA, High School Mountain Biking Team supports Dirt World. Coach Daniel Santos says the bike park organizers are a model of “commitment, work, perseverance and fun!”
Trips For Kids
Trips for Kids is “excited to collaborate” with the Dirt World team “to get more kids exposed to biking and beyond.”
Restoration Design Group
Landscape architects from the Restoration Design Group are providing planning, coordination, design and facilitation needed to reinvent and rehabilitate this section of the Richmond Greenway.
